If you don't have the money at the moment, tell them!!! If you can make a payment arrangement, make one!! If someone on the other end is intimidating you, hang up and call back!! Get another Rep on the phone with some compassion. For all you know these Reps have the same issues in their personal lives!! Don't be afraid to talk to them!!
